Shauna Mayer is a dedicated therapist and intern currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, with over 20 years of experience in mental health care. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Shauna brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her practice.
With a foundation in Sociology and specialized certifications in trauma-informed care, including Dr. Stephanie Covington’s CBT-based trauma and substance use recovery method and FEEL® (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning), Shauna offers a unique blend of traditional and holistic therapies. Her practice integrates a mind-body-spirit approach, empowering clients to achieve balance and healing in a safe, supportive environment.
Shauna's individualized framework incorporates techniques from conventional therapy alongside somatic and mindfulness-based modalities, incorporating her 10 years of training as a certified yoga teacher and life coach. She specializes in helping clients navigate trauma recovery, stress management, anxiety, burnout, parenting neurodivergent children, separation and divorce, and self-esteem challenges.

An ambitious Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) recognized by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Tina is completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and has a background in trauma work with vulnerable populations.
It would be an absolute honor and pleasure to embark on this journey with you. I specialize in trauma, self-development, stress management, anxiety, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I am passionate about the human experience and believe that all emotions are healthy and necessary. As your therapist, I will incorporate a holistic and non-judgmental approach, and utilize Existential and Adlerian evidence-based theories within my work. Ultimately, My goal is to remind you just how powerful, strong, and extraordinary you really are.

Welcome! I’m Emma Boire, a therapist with a background in early childhood education and extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities. With six years as an educator, I’ve developed a deep understanding of human development and the importance of a compassionate, client-centered approach. I now specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as autism, brain injuries, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and more. I work with both individuals and couples.
