I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, holding a Masters of Counselling Psychology degree and specializing in trauma. I offer individual counselling services virtually & in person (Windsor/Tecumseh, ON).

My extensive experience working with diverse populations has shaped my deeply compassionate approach to therapy. I take pride in providing quality care to individuals of all backgrounds, including various ages, cultures, genders, religions, and sexual orientations.

I specialize in addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, parenting, infertility stressors, trauma and more. My therapeutic journey is driven by a profound curiosity about people and their inner experiences.

As a therapist, I excel in building safe and trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients. Transparency is a cornerstone of my practice—I believe in being open, honest, and genuine with my clients to foster growth and healing.
